What will I be doing: Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead overall HR operations, aligning them with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment for senior and specialized roles, ensuring efficiency and cultural fit.
- Develop and implement performance management and employee development programs.
- Handle complex employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain updated HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor business compliance and conduct regular internal audits & compliance checks to mitigate risks.
- Prepare accurate HR metrics and compliance reports.
- Supervise related administrative tasks, including user account management and data security.
What We’re Looking For: Experience, Qualification & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 12 years of HR management experience with 2 – 3 years in a similar managerial role, with a strong focus on compliance and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance best practices.
