Intern - Innovation

The Intern - Innovation carries out Design/Develop automation solutions, simulates prototype modules and implementations to Bulk manufacturing to improve SMV, cost and throughput time.
Responsibilities
- Assist in pattern making, sample fitting, and sample measuring.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support seamless project execution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks as per agreed T&A (Time and Action) plans.
- Support the research and development of innovative, tech-based solutions.
- Collaborate with teams from design, R&D, production, and quality to bring ideas to life.
- Document project progress, key findings, and best practices for future reference.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and innovation challenges.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.Sc. or HND in textile or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive mindset.
