Team Lead - Facilities Specialist
Responsibilities
- Managing facility maintenance work via a ticketing system ensuring efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Managing the email box by prioritizing and redirecting tasks to the correct department members
- Liaising with the property team (virtually) to ensure cohesive and efficient teamwork
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with internal and external parties
- Maintaining accurate records in the ticketing system
- Updating the property lease portal with required details
- Following up suppliers within to ensure all work has been completed as per agreement
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in facilities management, tenant representation experience, customer service
- Following or completed a relevant degree program
- Good knowledge and experience in MS Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
- Willingness to work for the Australian Time (7.30am to 4.00pm) and Calendar
