Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about accuracy? We’re looking for a dedicated Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic aquaculture team and manage data input for our Aqua Manager system — the leading software used in modern fish farming operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter daily production, inventory, and operational data into the Aqua Manager system.
- Maintain up-to-date and error-free records for hatchery, grow-out, and harvest operations.
- Collaborate with operations staff to ensure data consistency and completeness.
- Generate and format regular reports as required by management.
- Assist in identifying and correcting data discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or equivalent qualification
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic computer applications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles (experience in aquaculture is a plus).
- Familiarity with Aqua Manager software or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
