Intern IT – Help Desk
Requirements
- A final undergraduate from a reputed university with a degree in IT or related field
- Dedicated team player.
Scope of Work
- Responsibilities include provisioning laptops, maintaining inventory records, supporting corporate events/training sessions, and assisting with software installations/updates.
- Provide initial Level 1 end-user support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
