Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the execution of the innovation roadmap, working closely with internal teams and leadership
- Monitor initiative progress, identify blockers, and ensure timely delivery of key innovation programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Development to align execution with strategic objectives
- Track and report on initiative outcomes, milestones, and metrics to the VP of Innovation and other stakeholders
- Proactively identify execution gaps and drive resolution through follow-up, documentation, and coordination
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices related to innovation workflows
- Maintain communication across teams to ensure visibility, ownership, and accountability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program coordination, innovation management, operations, or similar roles preferably within a software product or tech environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, ITC or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command of English is a must
- Independent, self-driven, and highly reliable in follow-through
- Familiarity with software product environments
