Summary:
The Head of Manufacturing is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. The role focuses on strategic planning, process improvement, team leadership, and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end manufacturing processes and order book efficiency
- Drive strategic initiatives for productivity and cost reduction
- Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Lead and develop the manufacturing workforce
- Oversee supply chain coordination and inventory optimization
- Maintain workplace safety and promote sustainability
- Collaborate with senior leadership on long-term goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- CIMA/CIM qualification is a plus
- 10+ years of textile manufacturing experience, 5+ in leadership
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, lean manufacturing, and ERP systems

- Proven ability to lead large teams and drive process improvements
