Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned revenue and gross profit targets within the general trade segment.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans SMMT across key FMCG channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners to drive sales growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and optimize channel performance through data driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop trade activation programs, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.
  • Lead and inspire a team to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in similar capacity in FMCG sales, trade marketing, or channel development.
  • Proven expertise in managing retail, wholesale, and distributor networks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • A results driven mindset with a passion for growth and innovation.
