Provide strong insights on strategic & annual planning, and growth opportunities considering both long-term and mid-term plans
Work closely with the marketing team on the integrated commercial plan
Initiate a strong Route to Consumer (RtC) to ensure distributor/partner management, channel strategy development, and investment in the priority channels
Identify optimal solutions to simplify existing capability
Lead in identifying digitization, and digital transformation opportunities to enhance commercial competitiveness and maximize RTC opportunities in line with SP and AP
Build capability to improve value share in the category while acting as the catalyst in embedding revenue management best practices
Embed channel focus via dedicated sales structures and use global customer centricity framework to win with customers in a highly regulated market
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Degree or MBA
10 to 12 years of commercial experience having worked in Sales and Trade marketing functions
Experience of different FMCG companies. Strong commercial acumen English language essential
Fluent in English & Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage)
Knowledge on highly regulated market advertising, promotions and logistics
Expertise and proven track records of revenue generation
