Job Description
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Previous experience in a similar function from a luxury island resort.
- Ability to work in a remote location or island life.
- Dhivehi & English speakers are essential.
- Detail oriented/task motivated.
- Should be flexible and ready to work any shift given as per the requirement of the department.
- Physical fit to work under sun and long hours.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Maximize sales and profit.
- Comply to LQA standards at all time.
- Present menus and explanations for all menu items.
- Ensure the guests of the outlet experience an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.
- Prepare the outlet ready for service according to the outlet standard operating procedure.
