REVENUE & RESERVATIONS MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservation systems to ensure accurate and efficient handling of bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Work closely with the Corporate Revenue and Distribution team
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Oversee distribution channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs) and direct booking platforms, to optimize occupancy and revenue distribution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to identify revenue opportunities and inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align strategies and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Conduct regular revenue meetings and provide revenue forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
- Train and mentor reservations team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Conduct regular audits of reservation and revenue data to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile revenue data and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Proactively identify and address revenue leakage or optimization opportunities across all revenue streams.
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Proven experience in Revenue & Reservations management.
- Proficiency with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office, Fornova is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment.
