TELE SALES EXECUTIVE
(MAHARAGAMA)
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads & answer inbound calls from interested prospects.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
- Maintain good relationship with the existing customer.
Qualifications
- Excellent English and Sinhala communication skills.
- Pleasant conversation skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Good passion in the field of operations & Marketing.
