Job Role
- Create and execute comprehensive internal audit programs focusing on key business areas.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential business risks through proactive audits.
- Review financial statements, operational processes, and inventory management for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to legal regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
External Candidates: (1 or 2 below)
Educational Qualifications:
- A Degree in Finance Management / Accountancy / Business Administration or Commerce which is recognized by the UGC.
- A minimum one year post qualifying experience in the relevant field to the Post, after obtaining the first degree.
- Having passed the Intermediate Examination of a recognized professional Chartered Institute, of which the subject area is relevant to the post and a minimum one year post qualifying experience in the relevant field to the post.
Age:
Should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years.
Salary & Other Allowances:
- Salary will be paid subject to the Government Circulars.

The Ideal Candidates should also:
- Have experience in a reputed commercial organization in a similar capacity and minimum 03 years of experience in auditing in a reputed audit firm.
- Have excellent analytical, problem solving and organizing skills.
- Possess strong leadership qualities and interpersonal communication skills.
- Be able to demonstrate good IT skills.
- Show a proven ability to lead and direct multi-disciplinary teams.
