Location - Head Office

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fixed assets (electronics and furniture).
  • Tag new assets and ensure physical verification at regular intervals.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for asset capitalization, depreciation tracking, and reporting.
  • Monitor asset movement (inter-departmental/relocations) and ensure documentation is updated accordingly.
  • Assist in procurement of electronics and furniture in accordance with company policies.
  • Liaise with vendors for quotes, deliveries, installations, and warranty claims.
  • Conduct periodic physical verification of assets and reconcile with system records.
  • Flag discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and repair services for electronic assets.
  • Maintain a log of service records and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) details.
  • Support internal and external audits related to asset management.
  • Ensure all processes comply with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Prepare and present asset status reports, utilization reports, and disposal summaries to management.
  • Apart from the above, responsible to handle all the other work of Administration Department in absence of the respective officers.

Applicants should possess the following

  • Professional Qualification in Human Resources/Business Administration from a recognized Professional Institute.
  • GCE A/L and GCE O/L with credit passes for Mathematics and English.
  • Minimum 05 years’ work experience in Administration or related stream.
  • Be a good Team Player with an ability to coordinate with Staff and work independently.
  • Ability to complete a given task in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
  • Be pleasant and possess a positive attitude.
