Showroom Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our retail operations with energy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset. If you have a passion for sales, leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this is your opportunity to shine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Lead, train, and motivate the showroom team to achieve monthly sales and service targets.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Maintain showroom appearance, including visual merchandising and cleanliness.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory and procurement teams.
- Plan and implement promotional and marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in Sinhala, English – Strong communication skills are a must.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the retail or showroom sector.
- Proven team leadership and staff management experience.
- A Degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification (CIM/SLIM or similar).
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, basic MS Office applications, and reporting tools.
