QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing (hospitality/tourism preferred)
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email, and social media marketing
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, HubSpot)
- Organizational sharp eye for detail
ASSISTANT MANAGER / EXECUTIVE L&D
QUALIFICATIONS
- SLITHM graduate (all 4 basics completed)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality L&D/HR
- Age below 30
- Permanently resident of South Coast (Galle or Wadduwa preferred)
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Team player with good organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (L&D tools a plus)
GUEST RELATION OFFICER / RECEPTIONIST
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pleasant personality with excellent grooming standards
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages an advantage)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office or similar role
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & reservation systems)
- Friendly, polite, and guest-focused attitude
