JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources (HR) Professional located in Colombo. The role will involve HR management, operations, employee relations, policies, and overall human resources responsibilities.
LOCATION/WORKING HOURS
Location: Orion City-Dematagoda.
Working Hours: 10.30am to 7.30pm
QUALIFICATIONS
- HR Management and HR Operations skills
- Payroll Management
- EPF, ETF, PAYEE
- Attendance, leave management
- Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification is a plus
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years in HR
