ENTRY FRAMING EXECUTIVE
Are you a detail-driven entry-framing professional looking to grow your career with a dynamic and expanding logistics company? Globactiv Logistics is on the lookout for an entry-framing executive to join our team in Colombo.
Key Responsibilities
- Submitting Imports and Exports CUSDEC.
- To complete customs entries in an accurate and timely manner, check all relevant documents and deliver a service.
- To forward the customs release messages to clients and their representatives.
- To build relationships and rapport with new and existing customers and communicate effectively with customs authorities.
- To complete data administration and validation, scan and file supporting documents.
- To be the first response to all telephone inquiries regarding customs declarations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in customs entry processing or a related trade.
- Strong familiarity with customs software, particularly ASYCUDA.
- Customs House Agent (CHA) License - considered a valuable asset / special qualification.
- Proven ability in preparing and submitting customs entries in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple shipments, and meet strict deadlines.
