HR Trainee
Qualifications:
- Good secondary education with a minimum of three passes at the G.C.E. A/L Examination.
- Candidates should be pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration, or a related qualification from a recognized institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Familiarity with applicable labour laws would be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Age below 26 years.
