HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
GARMENT FACTORY AT RANNA (TANGALLE)
Miami Exports (Private) Limited, a leading apparel manufacturer based in Sri Lanka, is recognized for its innovation, quality, and commitment to sustainability. With a strong presence in the UK and European markets, we specialize in producing stylish and high-quality garments.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Human Resources Manager at our factory in Ranna, Tangalle.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification from a reputed institution.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management in a similar capacity.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge in labor handling, liaising with the Labour Department and other government institutions.
- Strategic thinking in recruitment and innovative ideas to reduce labor turnover (LTO).
