Aussee Oats Milling [Pvt] Ltd is a multinational Food manufacturing company and the largest Oats Milling facility in South Asia. The company is in the process of manufacturing cereal-based products from oats, barley, and other grains for the southeast Asian markets. The state-of-the-art plant is located at BOI zone in Mirigama, Sri Lanka. Our manufacturing plant is the first Oats processing facility in Southeast Asia and is under the scope of FSSC, GMP and other international standards.
As a Part of our Expansion process, we are looking for Smart Energetic and result oriented candidates to fill above position in the factory at Mirigama Export Processing Zone.
Shift Miller
Key Responsibilities
- Total responsibility of the mill operation for the shift.
- Operate the fully automated mill and do the production as per production plan and company standards efficiently.
- Liaise with other interested departments Production, Quality, Engineering, Stores etc.
- Manage the shift crew of about 10 to 15 people.
- Daily reporting and enter production related data to the ERP system.
- Keep the shop floor clean, neat and tidy.
Qualifications & Certifications
- Degree in Food Science and Technology or Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
- Five years of experience in the food industry holding a similar position.
- Willing to work on 24 x 7 shift basis.
- Ability to communicate in English.
