Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Manager – Procurement and Logistics to oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, drive cost-efficiency, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop procurement strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead vendor negotiations and supplier performance evaluations
  • Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and timelines
  • Mentor and lead the procurement and logistics team

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (Master’s preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement and logistics
  • Prior experience in heavy engineering/manufacturing preferred
  • Strong ERP/software skills and analytical mindset
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation abilities
