Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Manager – Procurement and Logistics to oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, drive cost-efficiency, and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead vendor negotiations and supplier performance evaluations
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and timelines
- Mentor and lead the procurement and logistics team
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in procurement and logistics
- Prior experience in heavy engineering/manufacturing preferred
- Strong ERP/software skills and analytical mindset
- Excellent leadership and negotiation abilities
