Job Role
- Work in hand with external clients and internal stakeholders to excel projects initiations, implementations and execution.
- Deployment of projects/tasks to the production while achieving the best quality output. This also includes the identification of doubts within the production process, providing solutions and accelerate to client where in need.
- The SME is involved in centralized operation, he or she should be able to maintain the same standards across all other locational operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or above from a recognized University – in IT, Business Management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT industry or in the field of customer service.
- Strong Communication skills (English is mandatory).
- To be able to work under pressure and self-driven.
- Experience in JIRA/Redmine will be an added advantage.
