Letter drafting - Draft and issue formal correspondence, including warning letters, show-cause notice and inquiry outcomes, ensuring clarity and compliance with labour laws.
Assist in maintaining HR records and database.
Proficiency in HR systems and tools with strong administrative and organizational skills.
Handle payroll related inquiries from employees and management.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed.
Process payroll accurately and on time.
Implement HRIS system coordinate with Hsenid Team.
Create and Update all employees personal files.
Handle EPF & ETF payments and claims on time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong knowledge of labour laws specially shop and office and wages board act.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Minimum of three years of experience in HR preferably in the hospitality industry.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Professional Qualification in HRM.
Minimum 2 years - payroll experience is must.
Experienced in HRIS (hsenid).
Experienced in EPF/ETF related matters and documentation.
