WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A TALENTED :

HR EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Letter drafting - Draft and issue formal correspondence, including warning letters, show-cause notice and inquiry outcomes, ensuring clarity and compliance with labour laws.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records and database.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools with strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Handle payroll related inquiries from employees and management.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Implement HRIS system coordinate with Hsenid Team.
  • Create and Update all employees personal files.
  • Handle EPF & ETF payments and claims on time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws specially shop and office and wages board act.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in HR preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Professional Qualification in HRM.
  • Minimum 2 years - payroll experience is must.
  • Experienced in HRIS (hsenid).
  • Experienced in EPF/ETF related matters and documentation.
  • Age below 35 years.
