Customer Relation Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle VIP customers complaints professionally and efficiently working towards a satisfactory solution.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve service quality and customer experience.
- Travel as required to engage with clients and expand the customer base.
- Prepare reports as per the superior’s requirements.
- Handle presentations, data analysis, and customer report.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain satisfaction levels.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience in customer relations or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in handling presentations and analysis.

Customer Relation Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow customer instructions and respond promptly.
- Place orders and issue invoices accurately.
- Provide excellent service to retain customers.
- Ensure transactions are completed efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum educational qualification: GCE A/L or equivalent.
- Pleasant appearance and professional customer interaction skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
