Customer Relation Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Handle VIP customers complaints professionally and efficiently working towards a satisfactory solution.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Travel as required to engage with clients and expand the customer base.
  • Prepare reports as per the superior’s requirements.
  • Handle presentations, data analysis, and customer report.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain satisfaction levels.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Prior experience in customer relations or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in handling presentations and analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Follow customer instructions and respond promptly.
  • Place orders and issue invoices accurately.
  • Provide excellent service to retain customers.
  • Ensure transactions are completed efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum educational qualification: GCE A/L or equivalent.
  • Pleasant appearance and professional customer interaction skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
