Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation and configuration of electronic and CCTV systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure systems operate efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Provide on-site support and customer service as needed.
- Keep detailed records of work performed and report on system performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / NVQ level 3 or above completed in electronic/electrical/networking.
- Experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site when required.
