ASSOCIATE TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

Responsibilities
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and documenting requirements.
- Customizing Odoo by creating modules, fields, workflows, and reports to align with specific business processes.
- Writing Python code to develop new features, automate tasks, and implement business logic.
- Managing and optimizing the PostgreSQL database used by Odoo.
- Integrating Odoo with third-party applications for streamlined operations.
- Ensuring that customizations are free of bugs and meet requirements.
- Creating documentation for custom developments.
- Providing ongoing support, addressing technical issues, and optimizing system performance.
- Working closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
- Keeping up to date with Odoo's latest updates and best practices.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills
- A strong understanding of Python programming is a must.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web frameworks).
- Version Control (Git, Bitbucket).
- In-depth knowledge of the Odoo framework and its various modules.
- Experience in customizing Odoo, creating custom modules, and extending its functionality.
- Understanding of Odoo's technical architecture.
