Executive / Senior Executive 3PL Operations
(Location – Colombo Head Office)
The Job Role
- Oversee and coordinate the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure operations are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaise with the Pickling, Loading, and Data Entry teams to facilitate seamless execution of warehouse activities.
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring thorough documentation and minimizing errors.
- Ensure all Import & Export shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
- Ensure all shipment related documents are entered accurately and submitted timely.
- Perform process improvement initiatives and implementation.
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- Hands-on experience in Cudsec framing would be an added advantage.
- Full / part qualification in Degree / Diploma related to Logistics.
- Excellent communication, PR and negotiation skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office and e-mail/internet).
- Language skills (English & Sinhala) both oral and written.
- Any other professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
Benefits
- Starting salary 60,000 LKR (Negotiable)
