Electric Mechanic
As the Electric Mechanic at tuktukrental.com, your role involves maintaining and repairing our electric tuktuk fleet, with a focus on battery management, charging system oversight, and safety checks. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electric vehicles, excels in troubleshooting electrical systems, and maintains detailed records to ensure peak performance and safety of all vehicles.
About you:
- Proven Experience: Hands-on experience in electric vehicle maintenance, including motors, batteries, and charging systems.
- Technical Expertise: Skilled in diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, with knowledge of EV systems, wiring, and controllers.
- Safety & Precision: Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols for high-voltage systems.
- Communication & Teamwork: Fluent in English (Sinhala or Tamil is a plus), with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Bonus: Certification or training in electric vehicle systems and experience with tuk-tuks, motorcycles, or similar vehicles.
Salary Indication:
LKR 50,000 - 60,000
