Coordinator – Talent Acquisition
What you need to do
- Evaluate the manpower report and plan recruitment accordingly.
- Attend hotline call requests for recruitment.
- Plan and conduct CSA, cashier and trainee commit interviews effectively.
- Finalize suitable candidates and onboard them accordingly.
- Plan manpower requirements and onboarding and coordinate effectively with outlets.
- Effectively communicate onboarding dates and documentation requirements.
- Follow up on the reporting status of recruits.
- Plan and forecast future manpower requirements and keep an available pool to fulfill urgent outlet needs.
- Organise and/or participate in recruitment campaigns to provide the required manpower to retail stores.
- Manage recruitment campaign budgets.
- Organize teams with the help of CHRMs to drive campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign interview candidates.
- Coordinate with and follow up with advertising stakeholders to ensure the publication of ads.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources/ Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent Professional Qualification.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ work experience in the field of Human Resources. (Retail HR experience will be an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination or related roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other similar software.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala and/or Tamil.
- High attention to detail and a motivation towards achieving quality results.
