Call Centre - Coordinator
General Responsibilities
- Handle the internal call centre functions of the organization.
- Responsibilities with regards to handling service-related calls as well as sales leads.
- Allocation of service technicians to service jobs and directing sales related calls to relevant sales personnel.
Requirements
- Age 20-40 Years
- Excellent command in English and Sinhala (Tamil Language is added advantage)
- Pleasant and friendly personality
- Previous Call Centre related experience would be an added advantage
- Ordinary Level (O/L), Advanced level (A/L) or higher education
