ROLE PROFILE
- Assist in design or conceptualization of new product development, product & process improvements, cost optimization and product maintenance
- Support to execute all or parts of recipe/formulation testing, as well as creative process in discovering or furthering existing processes
- Supports the sample design preparation and R & D materials to internal partners and external parties
- Assist in determination of product usage information, including recommended and alternative cooking instructions
- Prepare technical reports and make necessary conclusions and recommendations
- Basic sample preparations & cooking
- Arrange & conduct sensory evaluation tests
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Passed GCE Advanced Level Examination from science stream
- Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition or any related Diploma from a recognized institution
- 1 - 2 years working experience in R & D/Quality Assurance/Quality Control will be an added qualification
- Analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Effective communication skills & good team player
- Work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Advance computer literacy & data analysis skills
