EXECUTIVE / JUNIOR EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENTS

  • A degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, or internship experience in HR with specific exposure to payroll systems, employee attendance management, and HR clerical duties.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with payroll processing, managing deductions, and ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws.
  • Familiarity with HR clerical tasks, including preparing employee contracts, maintaining personnel files, generating reports, and ensuring all HR documentation is up-to-date.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and growing within the field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
