Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist with a passion for food, digital media, and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should possess strong content creation skills, expertise in video and image production, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and advertising strategies. This role will involve end-to-end content creation, from ideation to publishing, across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Leadership: Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all platforms, ensuring alignment with company values and market positioning.
  • Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a holistic marketing strategy that drives both B2C and B2B growth, aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and optimize performance across all social media platforms, focusing on content creation, community engagement, and analytics.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Design, execute, and monitor data-driven advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with the content team to shape compelling brand stories, guide creative production, and manage content timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a dynamic marketing team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and personal growth.
  • Performance Analytics: Track and analyze marketing performance using tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other platforms to ensure strong ROI and data-driven decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Plan, allocate, and monitor marketing budgets efficiently to maximize results while controlling costs.
  • Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar digital marketing or brand management role.
  • Strong hands-on experience in running and managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design, branding, and customer engagement.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
