CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Under the corporate umbrella of SAS Sport, SAS Creative is a creative solutions provider for the New Zealand market. We are expanding and seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our Sri Lankan team.

This is a late night shift role (12:30 AM – 9:30 AM Sri Lanka time) that requires clear communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
