A degree or professional qualification in HR from a recognized university or an institute.
Should be well conversed with legal framework and labour laws.
Knowledge of payroll would be an added advantage.
Excellent command in English & Sinhala both written & oral.
Minimum 02 years or more experience in the field of HR in a similar capacity.
Prior Knowledge in HRIS.
