SENIOR EXECUTIVE - PRODUCTION
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities, ensuring seamless execution across all stages.
- Monitor and manage raw material availability and usage, ensuring minimal wastage.
- Ensure all production activities adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee batch documentation and compliance with internal SOPs.
- Monitor reusability protocols for materials like calcium carbonate, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Proactively identify and address bottlenecks in the production process.
- Liaise with management to provide updates on production performance and improvement strategies.
- Address and resolve operational challenges swiftly to maintain productivity.
- Production planning to meet customer’s requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Applied Science or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production management, preferably in food/animal feed sector or Chemical.
- Experience in a varying products manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in production planning tools and software.
- Familiarity with raw material management and regulatory compliance in manufacturing.
