Operations Executive

JOB PROFILE

  • Manage daily store operations and maintain accurate inventory control
  • Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Coordinate logistics, including courier arrangements and urgent deliveries
  • Handle cash banking and maintain related documentation
  • Participate in promotional events and customer engagement activities
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels as needed
  • Conduct quality checks on received goods
  • Maintain organized filing and documentation systems
  • Liaise with internal teams for order processing and invoice verification
  • Ensure adherence to operational procedures and company standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
  • Professional certification or part qualification from a recognized institution is an added advantage.
  • Experience with SAP systems is a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset.
