Operations Executive
JOB PROFILE
- Manage daily store operations and maintain accurate inventory control
- Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate logistics, including courier arrangements and urgent deliveries
- Handle cash banking and maintain related documentation
- Participate in promotional events and customer engagement activities
- Monitor and replenish stock levels as needed
- Conduct quality checks on received goods
- Maintain organized filing and documentation systems
- Liaise with internal teams for order processing and invoice verification
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and company standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Professional certification or part qualification from a recognized institution is an added advantage.
- Experience with SAP systems is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset.
