- Senior Teachers: B.A. in English + 5 years of experience

- Assistant Teachers: B.A. in English (no experience needed) OR HND in English + 1 year of experience
- Teacher Assistants: HND (no experience needed) OR TKT completed
- Trainee Assistant: Diploma + 1 year of experience
