We’re on the lookout for passionate and results-driven professionals to join our growing team at Jaindi Export, a leader in premium coconut-based products – from creamy coconut ice cream to refreshing drinking coconut milk and more! Jaindi Export (Pvt) Ltd is a well-reputed, large scale coconut kernel based food and beverages manufacturer and exporter incorporated in 2003 at Mawathagama, Dankotuwa.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand customer base.
- Negotiate deals and close sales with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries or complaints.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and consumer behavior.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve product positioning.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales (for Sales Supervisor: 1-3 years).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales.
- Excellent communication in Sinhala and English (Tamil proficiency is a plus).
- Good understanding of FMCG sales strategies, distribution networks, and market trends.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Age: Below 45 years preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
