POST OF EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
HOTEL CASAMARA Kandy is seeking a talented & dynamic individual to steer the Hotel Kitchen department to its true potential. The Sous Chef we are looking should have;
- A) Diploma or equivalent from a recognized Hotel School
- B) At least 15 to 20 years experience in Kitchen operations in the hot range as well as experience in Pastry/bakery & cold kitchen
- C) 5 years experience as a Sous Chef in a reputed Hotel.
- D) To have good communication skills in English.
- E) Should have a strong background in being associated with star class hotels
- F) To provide supervision, training and leadership to all kitchen staff
- G) Should give necessary guidance to staff for quality & Standards.
- H) Strong leadership and training skills
- I) Should be hands on person
