DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

WHAT YOU WILL BE OVERLOOKING

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other key platforms.
  • Build full-funnel strategies to attract, engage, and convert customers, both locally and internationally.
  • Work closely with creative teams to guide the development of ad creatives that drive clicks, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite, providing clear reporting and insights to senior management.
  • Set up tracking using Google Tag Manager and Meta Conversion API where applicable, ensuring all conversion points are accurately measured.
  • Create and maintain dynamic dashboards that track KPIs and share performance updates with directors and property teams.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and ongoing budget management.
  • Collaborate with Financial Analysts and Business Analysts to ensure campaign KPIs align with broader revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, platform changes, and best practices, suggesting new ideas and tactics to improve campaign performance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns (hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of paid search (PPC), display advertising, social media advertising, and campaign optimization.
  • Proficient in using Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Good understanding of hospitality seasonality, booking cycles, and traveler behavior.
  • Strong analytical skills — ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience presenting reports and campaign insights to non-technical leadership audiences.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
