Job Role
- Be a part of the deposit mobilization arm and consistently achieve deposit targets.
- Manage funds for high-net-worth clients, ensuring long-term growth and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on key industry trends and provide value-added solutions to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve deposit mobilization, retention, and reduce withdrawal attrition.
- Build and nurture relationships with both corporate & retail clients.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking or a financial institution.
- A team player with confidence, perseverance, and self-motivation.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities within set timelines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills, with an outgoing personality.
