- FACILITATING LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT IN PRACTICE
- EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICE IN HEALTHCARE
- EQUALITY, DIVERSITY, ETHICS AND THE LAW IN HEALTHCARE
- MANAGING AND EFFECTING CHANGE IN HEALTHCARE
Qualifications
- MBBS, MSc in Community Medicine, or an equivalent qualification
- Extensive experience in non-communicable disease control, health systems research, health promotion, and healthcare ethics and law
- A nursing background would be an added advantage
- Proven track record in teaching and training healthcare professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and facilitate discussions on the assigned module
- Provide guidance and support to students
- Collaborate with faculty members to enhance the curriculum
