VACANCY
Executive/Junior Executive Customer Care – Front Line
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide a friendly, professional service to customers
- Handle customer queries and support front office transactions
- Coordinate meetings with clients and Heads of Departments
- Make follow-up and survey calls to support service improvement and new product launches
- Prepare reports and complete tasks assigned by the management
- Follow up on customer inquiries & payment reminders
Qualifications
- Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level
- Excellent and polite communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Ability to speak Tamil will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
- More than 1 year experience in a call center in a reputed organization will be added advantage
