Executive/Junior Executive Customer Care – Front Line

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and provide a friendly, professional service to customers
  • Handle customer queries and support front office transactions
  • Coordinate meetings with clients and Heads of Departments
  • Make follow-up and survey calls to support service improvement and new product launches
  • Prepare reports and complete tasks assigned by the management
  • Follow up on customer inquiries & payment reminders

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level
  • Excellent and polite communication skills in English and Sinhala
  • Ability to speak Tamil will be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • More than 1 year experience in a call center in a reputed organization will be added advantage
