SERVICE MARKETING TEAM LEAD
(ORUGODAWATTA)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership and direction to a service marketing team, coach and mentor.
- Supervise the service marketing team to achieve performance targets.
- Manage team performance, workflow and analysis.
- Continuously pursue and implement system and process improvements.
- Plan, develop and implement new and revised service marketing programs, policies and applications.
- Create, direct and execute practice priorities that pertain to the call center with regard to team development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or an equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center or customer coordination role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
