We are hiring Sales & Operations Manager – Colombo
We’re a fast-growing our boutique hotel contributing to the luxury travel experience in Sri Lanka. We’re looking for a driven, creative, and hands-on Sales & Operations Manager.
This role is made for someone who thrives on challenge, wants responsibility, and is excited to shape something from the ground up. You’ll work side-by-side with international owners in a forward-thinking, highly digital, and non-traditional environment. Think modern management with empowerment, European flair, and a big focus on people-first hospitality. You will act as a team leader to achieve collective results.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the daily operations of our boutique hotel and restaurant in Colombo
- Drive sales growth through the team, smart systems, distribution strategy & reservations know-how
- Deliver unforgettable guest experiences – every single day
- Inspire, develop and manage a young, passionate team
- Oversee processes & performance, KPIs
- Bring ideas to life with smart SOPs and future-ready planning
- Contribute to the marketing efforts as part of the marketing & event team
