EXECUTIVE - INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING (DAMBULLA FACTORY)
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in apparel manufacturing. The ideal candidate should be energetic, team player with excellent communication, proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- A smart player who can work smartly – (Specific & Clear, Measure & analyze, Attainable & provable, Realistic & method, Time bounded and committed.)
- Go getter and build, maximize capacity beyond company set targets (learning curves).
- Minimum 2 years working experience Officer / Executive responsible for 125 operators or 4-5 sewing lines controlling capacity.
- Industrial engineering related certificate / Diploma / Degree, related field.
- GSD knowledge / License is adding value.
- Experience in QCO process and process running company is advantage.
- Experience skill development ability beyond boundaries.
