Head of Growth Marketing
Full time – Remote / Sri Lanka

We’re now looking for a Head of Growth Marketing with a passion for driving growth and building high-performance teams? We’re looking for you to lead our marketing efforts and take full ownership of strategy, execution, and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document a comprehensive marketing strategy with clear objectives, target audiences, channels, and messaging.
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
- Write impactful ad copy and oversee creative direction for campaigns.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for ROAS, conversions, and lead quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
- Own marketing outcomes and lead generation efforts end-to-end.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role within a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
- Proven success in developing and executing growth marketing strategies.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and lead generation.
- Strong copywriting skills and creative direction experience.
- Track record of optimizing marketing funnels and improving conversion rates.
- Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Data-driven, results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and project management abilities.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a proactive approach to ownership and execution of marketing initiatives.
