Manager Client Services
(Night Shift)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the capacity plan and production of CS.
- To be the point of contact to all the account manager and external clients on patient account receivables.
- To be responsible for all patient inquiries and client inquiries related patient account receivables.
- To be the intermediate between the collection agencies.
- Responsible for client operational manuals and standard operational manuals.
- Timely submission of reports pertaining to patient account receivables, client assistance, collections and audits.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the KPO/BPO sector (Preferably with RCM background).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience at a managerial capacity attached to client relations (Preferably with International clients).
- Degree/ MBA or any other professional qualification in Business Management from a reputed university.
- Ability to work according to US time zones – reporting time 7PM to 4AM.
- Extreme fluency in English and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to guide the team to strengthen the working relationships with US clients utilizing excellent communication techniques.
- Strong analytical background and a logical approach to work.
- Excellent computer skills – proficient in Excel, word and MS outlook.
- Excellent people management skills and a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style.
- Demonstrate commitment to high professional ethics standards.
- Ability to lead, direct and motivate a team.
